weekph3's total aggregate liability to you for any claim arising out of or relating to these Terms or your use of the Platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you into your weekph3 account in the 30 days preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

You may close your weekph3 account at any time by contacting the support team via live chat.
